By using FantasyNewsletterPRO (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

FantasyNewsletterPRO helps you generate AI-written fantasy sports newsletters from leagues you connect (Yahoo, ESPN, Fantrax, Sleeper, and demo data). Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email and keep your login credentials secure.
• New accounts may require email verification before full access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for your own leagues and sharing with league members in good faith.
• Do not abuse APIs, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer in ways that harm the platform or other users.
• Do not use generated content in ways that violate third-party platform terms (Yahoo, ESPN, etc.) or applicable law.

Content & AI

Newsletters are AI-assisted and may contain mistakes, odd phrasing, or incomplete stats. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing. FantasyNewsletterPRO is not affiliated with Yahoo, ESPN, Fantrax, Sleeper, the NHL, the NFL, or related leagues.

Availability

The service is provided “as is.” Features may be limited, rate-limited, or unavailable during maintenance, outages, or platform API changes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the system.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FantasyNewsletterPRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed league decisions based on generated content.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may also be noted on the Updates page when practical.
