FantasyNewsletterPRO (“we”, “the service”) generates AI fantasy league newsletters. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data — email address and authentication details managed through Firebase Authentication.
- League connection data — tokens/credentials and league identifiers you provide when linking Yahoo, ESPN, Fantrax, or Sleeper so we can fetch standings, matchups, and roster stats.
- Newsletter content — generated HTML, settings (theme, tone, options), and related metadata stored in your account.
- Optional integrations — Discord webhook URLs or similar destinations you configure for posting.
- Usage & diagnostics — basic logs needed to run the service, debug failures, and prevent abuse.
How we use data
- To create and secure your account, including email verification.
- To fetch league data from the platforms you connect and generate newsletters.
- To store and display your past issues, settings, and linked leagues.
- To send transactional email (verification, password reset) via Firebase.
- To operate, secure, and improve the product.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers we use to run the app (for example Google Cloud / Firebase) under their terms. League platforms only receive what is required for OAuth or API access you initiate. If you configure Discord (or similar) posting, newsletter content is sent to destinations you choose.
Cookies & sessions
We use session cookies (and related storage) to keep you signed in and protect forms (CSRF). These are necessary for the app to work.
Retention & deletion
We retain account and newsletter data while your account is active. Contact us if you want your account and associated stored data removed; we will delete what we control in a reasonable time, subject to backup and legal limits.
Children
The service is intended for adults who manage fantasy leagues. It is not directed at children under 13.
